OASES staff are available to work with your school to develop the skills and confidence of support staff, teachers, head teachers, governors and other leaders through bespoke CPD, support with curriculum planning and specialist advice and services. We work with partners to offer a number of CPD courses that run throughout the academic year. OASES also offers a number of set Twilight sessions through our standard range of services.
OASES is able to tailor its CPD to all phases, to special needs and to extended services. OASES CPD can be presented as a 'stand alone' experience, to help you to achieve particular curriculum aims, or it may be accessed as a wider package of support. Our methods of delivery can also be adapted to suit individual school requirements, for example: we are able to offer a range of high quality educational opportunities by working directly with your pupils, the course delivery presented as an exemplar lesson.
